There are a couple of options for getting support.
1: Search This Knowledge Base
The first way is to search this knowledge hub for an answer.
Most of our tickets can be resolved using this option, and it’s the fastest way for you to get an answer so please try that first.
To search just start typing in the search field and help articles or answers will start appearing.
If nothing appears, try phrasing the search in a slightly different way, for example ‘download my order’ or ‘how to access…’.
2: Contact Order Support
Where you should contact for support and refunds depends on where you bought from.

If you’re not sure which platform you bought from, check your email.
You will have been sent an email confirmation of your purchase.
That email will have come from one of those 4 platforms.
Just search your inbox for them until you find the confirmation. It might have gone to your spam, promotions, or deleted folder.
Also on the thank you/download page you were redirected to (and emailed about) it will say there too.
3: Talk to Our Live Chat
We have a live chat option available 24/7 which can answer MOST questions.
Be patient with it, as it is a programmed bot.
But I promise you, it can and does answer 90% of questions, you’d be surprised how good it is.
Click here and look for the little chat icon in the bottom right of the screen.
4: Email Us
This option has the slowest reply time and should only be used for technical issues that can’t be resolved using the options above.
Please be patient for a reply, and don’t email more than once as it slows down the reply time.
