If a link isn’t working on the product download page or thank you page, first try:
Refreshing the page, or try loading it from a different browser, making sure you don’t have ad block plugins enabled.
The way to download the tracks is currently to download the files from our file hosting solution, which is called Digital Ocean.
The download links are directly on the thank you page, and you can either click them (left click) to play the track online or right click and ‘save as’ to download the track.
I suggest downloading the tracks one by one and playing them from your computer or device!
To Download Files Using The Links
Our digital products are hosted on Digital Ocean.
To download them you just need to right click on the product link on the thank you page, and click ‘save link as’ or ‘download’.
This will then download the file to your device.
If you just left click on the link, it will most likely just open the file in a new tab and let you play or view the file online.
To download you need to right click the link, then click save as.

If refreshing the page and using a different browser doesn’t work, please screenshot which error or message you’re seeing, and send it to us at contact (at) astralhq (dot) com and we’ll fully investigate it as soon as possible.
