Can I listen to the Shifting Vibrations audio tracks while doing something else?

You can listen to the Shifting Vibrations audio tracks while doing something else, however for the MAIN package of Shifting Vibrations, we’d suggest not doing that.

This is because it works better when you’re using your undivided attention to REALLY feel the effect of the tracks.

You can listen to it while doing other things, but ideally not active things.

For example, you can listen to it while gently walking, but maybe not while doing intense weightlifting.

Or you can listen while in the bath, but not while driving, for example.
