Payment Isn’t Working/ I Can’t Pay Or My Credit/Debit Card Won’t Work On The Order Form

Sometimes we encounter issues where a payment card or payment method won’t work properly on the order form.

The following applies whether you’re trying to purchase on Clickbank (the Clickbank order form), Buygoods, Digistore24, or Teachable.

We accept most credit and debit cards.

We also accept PayPal for instant online payments.

If your credit or debit card is declined, it’s most likely because there are either insufficient funds on the card, a restriction on your card for some reason or because your bank is in a country that the platform doesn’t support.

They support most countries, but there are certain countries that, for whatever reason, aren’t supported.

If you’re sure it’s none of those reasons, please contact live chat or support below. 

Let them know what product you’re trying to purchase, and they’ll be able to help out 24/7 with your payment.

Make sure to send them the URL of the sales page you’re trying to buy from.

Beyond that, we don’t offer any other payment methods currently.

We only work with the cards/countries that ClickBank, Buygoods, Teachable or Digistore24 are allowed to operate in.

We can SOMETIMES accept payments manually using Paypal, but only if the order value is above $200 (several of our courses apply for this, like the Superhuman program, for example).

NOTE ON VPNS:

This only applies to a small number of people, but for some people, if you’re using a VPN to access the order form:

This can trigger spam algorithms and decline your payment.

If this is the case for you, try disabling your VPN, then loading the order form page again. This should solve the issue.

How To Contact Support About Payment Problems or Order Forms

Where you should contact for support and refunds depends on where you bought from. 

We sell our products on various platforms.

If you’re not sure which platform you bought from, check your email.

You will have been sent an email confirmation of your purchase. 

That email will have come from one of those 4 platforms.

Just search your inbox for them until you find the confirmation. It might have gone to your spam, promotions, or deleted folder.
