Chakras are defined as the energetic focal points of the human body.

These points are otherwise considered to be the 7 energy centers of the body.

In Hinduism, the human body is believed to be the manifestation of the spirit, which is the center of the essential being.

In layman’s terms, your physical self synergizes with your soul to create a full being that operates around the 7 energy centers.

If your chakras  are in balance that you will exist in harmony and  enjoy a full human experience

And if any of your chakras are out of balance, the, you will need healing.

Chakra healing is a holistic approach to healing one or more of the 7 energy centers. It is thought to be an effective way to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. And meditation is believed to be the most effective method for chakra healing.

In actuality, chakra healing is a meditative visualization that merges flowers and mantras as physical entities in the body as a way of healing.

Imagine yourself under stress, the visualize yourself meditating, envision a flower, rose, it soft petals, it deep red color, its sensual smell, how it calms you, that’s what chakra healing embodies.

you can even view it as a realignment of the 7 energy centers to enhance the feeling of the overall well being.
